Terms of Service
Last updated September 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of InboxFlow, a cold email infrastructure service operated by GSJMedia. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
The service
InboxFlow provisions and manages cold email sending infrastructure. Depending on your order, that includes connecting domains to a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant, creating and configuring sending mailboxes, setting up DNS authentication records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, tracking domains), and connecting the resulting mailboxes to your sending tool.
InboxFlow provisions infrastructure. It does not send your campaigns, write your copy, or supply your contact lists. Those remain entirely yours.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at jatin@gsjmedia.co if you believe your account has been compromised.
What you are responsible for
By using InboxFlow you confirm that:
- You own, or are authorized to manage, every domain you ask us to configure, and the registrar and DNS accounts we are given access to.
- You are an administrator of, or are authorized to act for, any Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant you connect, and you have authority to grant InboxFlow the access it requests.
- You hold valid licenses and subscriptions for the mailboxes we create, and you are responsible for the fees your email provider charges for them.
- Any credentials or API keys you give us are yours to share, and sharing them does not breach an agreement with a third party.
Acceptable use
The infrastructure we build for you must be used lawfully. You agree that you will not use mailboxes provisioned through InboxFlow to:
- Send messages that violate applicable anti-spam and electronic marketing law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, or equivalent rules in your recipients' jurisdictions.
- Send unsolicited messages to recipients who have opted out, or to lists obtained without a lawful basis.
- Send content that is fraudulent, deceptive, phishing-related, malicious, harassing, or that impersonates another person or organization.
- Misrepresent the sender, the sending domain, or the origin of a message, or omit a working means of unsubscribing where one is required.
- Violate the terms of your email provider, your sending tool, or any other service in the chain.
You are solely responsible for the content of everything you send and for compliance with the laws that apply to you. We may suspend or terminate service immediately if we reasonably believe this section is being breached.
Access to your provider tenant
Provisioning requires you to authorize InboxFlow to act on your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant. We use that access only to perform the work described in your order and in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke it at any time from your Google Account permissions page or your provider's admin console. Revoking access stops further provisioning and may prevent us from completing or supporting your order.
Fees
Fees, billing frequency, and what is included are set out in your order. Setup fees are charged per order and recurring fees per billing period. Charges levied directly by third parties (your email provider's per-mailbox licensing, domain registration, sending tool subscriptions) are separate and are your responsibility.
Unless your order says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once provisioning has begun, because the underlying costs are incurred at that point.
Deliverability
We configure infrastructure to industry best practice, but we do not guarantee inbox placement, deliverability rates, reply rates, or any commercial outcome. Those depend on factors outside our control, including your copy, your targeting, your list quality, your sending volume, and the receiving provider's filtering. Mailbox providers may also suspend or restrict accounts at their own discretion.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using InboxFlow at any time and ask us to offboard your order. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails, or if continuing would expose us or our other customers to legal or operational risk.
On termination we delete stored credentials for your tenant. Mailboxes and domains inside your own provider tenant remain yours unless you ask us to remove them as part of offboarding.
Disclaimers and liability
InboxFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSJMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we revise the last-updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email, and continuing to use InboxFlow after they take effect means you accept them.
